Terms of Service

Welcome to Portal One (the "App", "Service"), an AI agent orchestration application operated by Portal Labs Infrastructure US, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our App and any related services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Your Account
To use our Service, you may be required to create an account, which may include signing in via Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your password, and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of Our Service
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Our Service allows you to orchestrate interactions with third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers using your own API keys. You are solely responsible for your use of such third-party services, including compliance with their respective terms and policies, and for any data you submit to them or receive from them through our Service.

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Portal Labs Infrastructure US, Inc., an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
  • To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others or our own.

3. API Keys and Third-Party Services
Our Service requires you to provide your own API keys for third-party LLM providers. You are responsible for the security of your API keys. We recommend you store them securely and manage access appropriately. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your API keys or the services they enable, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct in handling them as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of third-party LLM providers is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or generated through third-party LLMs via user API keys), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Portal Labs Infrastructure US, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both US and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Portal Labs Infrastructure US, Inc.

5. Google OAuth and Data
Our App uses Google OAuth for user authentication. If you choose to sign in with Google, we will request access to your basic profile information, specifically your email address and name, which are used solely for the purpose of creating and managing your account, authenticating you, and facilitating communication related to the Service. We do not request or access any sensitive or restricted scopes from your Google account. Our use of this data is further detailed in our Privacy Policy and complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or contact us at support@portal.one.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service itself will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from third-party LLMs via the Service will be accurate or reliable. You acknowledge that Portal One is an orchestration tool and the performance, output, and availability of third-party LLMs are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Portal Labs Infrastructure US, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service (including third-party LLMs); (iii) any content obtained from or through third-party LLMs via the Service; (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions, content, or API keys, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct; or (v) any other matter relating to the Service.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
